Product Description : Manchego Spanish Sheep Cheese - Made from Sheep's milk. It is semi-firm with a rich golden color, cured 6 months. The taste is very unique, somewhat salty but not too strong. It is creamy with a slight kick, and with the characteristic aftertaste of sheep’s milk. Some other characteristics include dry, and crumbly texture (due to the lower milk fat content of sheep cheese)
Goes well with red wine, sparkling wine, and sherry.
