Shipping Please allow 2-3 "business days" for order processing. All expedited orders are usually shipped the following business day with the exception of Monday as we are closed. When selecting your shipping method, please be aware that deliveries are not made on weekends or Holidays. Shipping rates are automatically calculated through UPS's shipping calculator.  These rates are based upon the shipping method chosen, the weight of the items, and the destination zip code. There is a $2.50 signature required fee (as imposed by UPS) for all addresses including an apt. or suite. SHIPPING TIP: ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS WILL RESULT IN A BETTER VALUE OF SHIPPING COSTS.   You do have the option of viewing these costs prior to placing your order. All PO Boxes or Rural addresses which fit this criteria will be charged a Handling Fee of $5.00 in addition to the actual postage. Any APO Addresses will be shipped via USPS with a $10.00 Handling Fee, as these have to be physically taken to the post office with a customs form. As our rates are automatically calculated based upon shipments with UPS and not the United States Postal Service, the shipping amount shown is an estimate and subject to change in order to reflect the actual shipping charge to your destination P.O. As our rates are automatically calculated based upon shipments with UPS and not the United States Postal Service, the shipping amount shown is an estimate and subject to change in order to reflect the shipping charge to your destination in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico.    • PLEASE CALL FOR UPS Canada Standard- All shipments to Canada are usually shipped out in 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order. Shipping time is based upon UPS's schedule. Canadian Customs requires that invoices be included when shipping to Canada. In addition, Canadian Customs will collect for any additional fees for the importation of your product. This is not included in the shipping costs quoted. Please note that our shipping calculator to Canada is an estimate and that we also charge a $5.00 fee in addition to all Canadian Shipments as paperwork is mandatory. Sales Tax The appropriate Sales Tax % will be automatically applied to shipments within Oklahoma.

POLICY REGARDING RETURNS All food items are non-returnable. Any return authorizations granted will be at the customer's expense, and it has to be done within 7 days upon our approval of the return. Please purchase a delivery confirmation and insurance for any items we have authorized for return. A credit of the returned amount will be applied, minus any shipping costs, to your credit card. The goods must be unopened and in perfect condition upon our receipt. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any packages which are returned by UPS to us for any reason, whether due to an incorrect address or a receiver having moved will be refunded the invoice amount of the goods less any shipping costs. Stock Availability/Substitutions Orders are subject to stock on hand. Every effort will be made to accomodate special orders. In the event, a particular Gift Basket item is not available, we will make every effort to substitute with a similar or upgraded item. New baskets are introduced on a frequent basis due to seasonal changes and new product lines. Catalog (Catalogue) Due to the constant addition of new products each month, our catalog has been placed on hold. Currently, all of the products which we carry are listed on our website. However, if there is a particular item that you are looking for and that we do not carry, please let us know. We are constantly needing our customer's suggestions and opinions, and will do our best to find the product for you.
