Product Description : Castellana Rustic Italian Pasta is made in Apulia, the "heel" of Italy. Castellana pasta is made with the finest durum semolina flour, pure spring water and a pinch of sea salt. The unique shapes of the Castellana Pasta allow all sauces to cling to each delicious bite.
